Welcome to Smedley Homes a part of the Smedley Property Group, a family run business formed in 1974 and based at Swale Marina in Conyer Kent, which we also own and operate. Smedley Property and Smedley Homes specialise in small quality developments which we develop either for sale or investment and letting.

Our developments all benefit from being individual and architect designed to incorporate quality and style using both traditional and contemporary styles, materials and building techniques providing outstanding homes built to the highest standard and specification.

Current Schemes

We currently have two current schemes in progress. A eight plot housing development in Teynham - a stones throw from our head office. And twenty light industrial units in Hersden.

Lower Road, Teynham

A new quality development of eight number three bedroom detached houses close to local amenities and main line station to London. Building will due to start Spring 2022.

Lakesview Business Park, Herseden

An exciting new development of twenty number 1000ft sq light industrial units situated on the sort after and well established Lakes View Business Park The units are being built for both sale and letting. Construction will commence in the Spring of 2022.
